Lately everyone has been buzzing about Google+, Google's new social media service that launched late last month. People have been asking us, What is it? Should I be on it? How is it any different from Facebook? All these questions have turned the topic into a huge online conversation.
Main differences lay in the fact that one employs friend “circles”, a grouping system to divide friends, family, coworkers, etc. For example, a website bid can be shared between coworkers while plans for Friday night are shared between friends. In addition, anyone with a Google+ account can add you to see your status updates without you accepting them.
Accounts can be created by invitation only...do you have one yet? Let us know what you think!
