
Our friend Rebekah, who is a Catering Manager for an events company and definitely not Long John Silver's just told us this:
"I just had someone call me at work to make a complaint about something she ate at Long John Silver's, when I informed her that I don't work for Long John Silver's and that she would need to call them, she promptly informed me that they weren't answering."
I assume it's easiest to answer customer complaint calls when they actually dial your number. The conversation ended with the Long John Silver's customer threatening to call her lawyer. I guess if Rebekah doesn't fix any of Long John Silver's issues here pretty quickly, she may be in trouble.
